We loved Chad’s place! It was perfect for our [too short] stay in Guernville. Arrival instructions were clear, access was simple, and the place was clean, cute, quiet and serene. The forested setting was magical! We can’t wait to return!

I can’t wait to go back. The setting was amazing!!!! Very spacious home. Great out door space and view. So easy to get to Saugatuck and Douglas. Chad is an excellent host!

My partner and I loved our stay at David and Chad’s cottage in Guerneville. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the cozy living, dining, and kitchen space is beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the hot tub—it felt perfectly serene and private. Thanks!

We had an excellent stay at this cottage, Lakeshore Blue. Great location, beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. We appreciated Chad’s quick responses to our questions. Amazing sunsets and the quiet neighborhood are exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!!

We really loved this place. It is clean, comfortable, free of clutter, and has style. The fenced area was perfect for our two pups. My husband and I enjoyed the deck and hot tub. We plan to come back to stay.

This was a wonderful getaway. The house was clean and spacious. Just a walk over the bridge to downtown Saugatuck provides plenty of activities if you’re in the mood to explore, though the house is setup great to just stay in for the weekend. Chad was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was super cute, artsy, and full of thoughtful touches. It had every amenity you could think of for a vacation, and you could tell a lot of care went into creating a memorable guest experience rather than just turning over a rental. The location was great and walkable to places in Douglas, yet it still felt tucked away and private with timber in the backyard and a lovely patio area. Chad was very accommodating with our reservation, and whenever I had a question during our stay, he responded quickly and was very helpful. They even left some local beer in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was charming, relaxing, and had such a cool cottage-style vibe. We’d absolutely stay again!

Absolutely loved this place! I am a designer and musician and to stay here was so inspiring and relaxing. My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend here away from the Chicago hustle and it was everything we needed. Very clean and well supplied with kitchenware and bathroom amenities. One of the coolest properties we’ve ever stayed. Great communication from the host/property manager! Hoping to come back again one day.

my boyfriend & i decided to have a little 2 year anniversary getaway! it was such an amazing spot to be in, very quiet & secluded! we definitely enjoyed out stay there & will definitely stay again in the near future!!

Such a beautiful condo for our girls trip. The couches were very comfy and the beds were a dream. We all slept well. The location is right in the middle of town so it was easy to walk to restaurants and stores. Everything we needed to know was at our fingertips as Chad provided clear instructions and tips to make our trip enjoyable. He was very responsive before and during our stay. Had a great time and would love to return during peak season.
