This home was perfect for our needs this year. Having the extra rooms and smaller gathering areas made everyone’s stay comfortable. The beach was nice (lots of rock hunting if you enjoy that) and the tram was such a bonus after years of taking the stairs.

We had an excellent experience! The check-in process was extremely simple, the place included everything we needed and more, and it was conveniently located near all of the restaurants and shops. Chad is a wonderful host!

My wife and I spent a fall weekend here with another couple and it was perfect. It is very spacious, comfortably and attractively furnished, thoughtfully provisioned, and has a wonderful screened porch and backyard space (which we didn't make much use of because it was a little chilly, but would be wonderful in the summer). Chad is a gracious host and communication was excellent before and during our stay, with detailed information on the house and local attractions. The location is ideal, very short drives to beaches (especially Oval) and Douglas and Saugatuck. We hope to stay again. soon

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we loved the mid-century modern design. It had everything we needed for our comfort. The yard was great for relaxing. And our Bernedoodle loved how pup-friendly it was!
