Outdoor Adventure: Sits next to the 50,000-acre Allegan State Game Area and New Richmond Bridge Park's boat launch. Trail Riding: Located on ORV-friendly county roads and just 2 miles from Snowmobile Trail LP 594.
Other Details to Note
While the river bordering the property offers stunning, peaceful views, the strong currents mean it is not suitable for swimming. Fortunately, there are several beautiful, family-friendly beaches just a short drive away that are perfect for a day by the water. Please also note this property has a Ring doorbell camera at the main entrance. It records exterior video and audio of the entryway only - no interior spaces are monitored. You are able to bring kayaks if you wish. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. The kitchen has a Drip Coffee Maker with beans available.
