This stylish, mid-century modern retreat has been thoughtfully renovated, comfortably furnished, and designed with relaxation in mind. It offers a serene and private haven close to all the attractions of Douglas and Saugatuck. The house boasts 2 bright and cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms features a plush queen bed with luxurious linens. The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up meals, from stainless steel appliances to the essential pantry staples. The open living area features a flat-screen TV and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6. The back patio invites you outside for al fresco meals. or to gather around the fire pit for evening s’mores. You'll enjoy watching deer pass through the woods while you sip your morning coffee. The back yard is not fully-fenced in at this time. We have 3 adult bicycles you're welcome to use, and a 4th on the way. We have a lock for each so you can secure it on your stops around town. The property is dog-friendly and you're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you. So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture, pick up after them, and do not leave them at the house unattended. As part of your reservation, you’ll be asked to sign a standard liability waiver covering use of the hot tub and any recreational amenities. This ensures all guests understand and accept the safety guidelines and risks involved. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation. Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.
