Today, this 2-bed 1-bath retreat blends industrial charm with modern comfort in a gallery-inspired layout. Step inside to find a spacious open-concept living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and lounge for gathering. A spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft office—perfect for reading, writing, or remote work. Both bedrooms sit at the back of the home for quiet privacy. The primary suite features a king bed and private deck overlooking the expansive lawn and gardens, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Being a loft, the top portion of the second bedroom walls are open to the surrounding living areas. The full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outdoors, nearly 2 acres of landscaped grounds invite relaxation. Multiple decks and shaded nooks create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or al fresco dinners under the trees. You'll also find a gas grill and fire pit, both of which are shared with the apartment upstairs. While you’ll want a vehicle for the most flexibility, rideshares and local taxis are available, and many guests enjoy biking or walking into town.
