This centrally located loft offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and vibrant downtown energy, ideal for exploring Douglas and nearby Saugatuck. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the bright and airy living space, highlighted by a stunning "wall of windows." The open-concept design seamlessly connects the chic living room to a fully-equipped kitchen with two wraparound stone countertops, perfect for both casual meals and gourmet dining. The loft comfortably sleeps eight guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king bed and high-quality linens. The primary suite on the main floor has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sliding door to access the private patio. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a Jack and Jill bathroom that also opens into the living room. This bedroom has direct access to the private patio as well. Upstairs, you'll find a large open loft with both a third king bed and a queen sofa-bed. This room overlooks the beautiful living room and kitchen area below. Outside, the private balcony patio invites you to unwind with a drink or snack, taking in the lively atmosphere of downtown Douglas. This loft is an ideal retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the local charm of the Saugatuck-Douglas area. Nestled along the "Art Coast of Michigan," Douglas is a charming town just across the river from Saugatuck offering stunning Lake Michigan shorelines, rich culture, and an abundance of dining and shopping options. Other Details to Note
You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you. So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture and pick up after them. The loft is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, so there are many steps required to reach it. Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.

You'll access the home from the alley behind the building, where you'll find one designated parking space. Additional vehicles may park on the street or in a free public lot just a half block away. Downtown Saugatuck and the Lake Michigan beaches are just a mile away, so you may want to have a car to explore the greater area, although parking may be difficult in peak season. Another option for getting around is the Interurban, our local transit system that will pick you up and drop you off from any location in Saugatuck-Douglas!
