From the moment you arrive at The Hamilton, the experience is all about comfort and connection. Pull into the drive and you’ll find parking for up to four vehicles, making arrival easy for groups traveling together. One vehicle can park in the garage and the other 3 in the driveway. Step inside the main level, where natural light floods the open living, dining, and kitchen area. At the center is an incredibly well-appointed chef’s kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, abundant counter space, and a large island with bar seating—perfect for cooking, entertaining, or simply gathering together. Thoughtfully decorated with original pieces from local artists, the entire space feels both stylish and welcoming. Also on this level is a comfortable king bedroom and full bathroom (both wheelchair accessible) as well as a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, a second living room opens onto a private balcony, with gorgeous views overlooking the lawn and pond. The spacious primary suite features an en-suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower, joined by two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
