You will have private access to the entire condo, including 6 balconies. There are three condos below on the ground floor, but you will not be sharing any space with them.

Although only a stone's throw away, the house is across the river from downtown Saugatuck. Unless you're taking the chain ferry (which has a limited schedule), you'll need a car to get to town. Another option for getting around is the Interurban, our local transit system that will pick you up and drop you off from any location in Saugatuck-Douglas!
