let me start by saying it dont get better then Chad he is the absolutely best host i have ever had i have stayed at his other properties all top notch.He makes you feel like you just got home. this place was absolutely amazing and Chad is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Host!!!!! So if you want a amazing place problem free with all the amazing amenities with the best Host on Airbnb then this is all you need.....

We had a great stay at David’s place. They went the extra mile, including things you wouldn’t necessarily think of having provided, like doggy bags and treats. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Asheville.

Our stay here was fantastic. The home itself is interesting, nicely decorated, and in a great location; near enough to downtown but still felt very private. The back patio has an amazing view of the surrounding forest, and it turned out to be the perfect spot to propose to my girlfriend, now fiancé 😊. We even had a herd of deer witness our special moment. I couldn't think of a better place to have stayed for our trip, we will definitely be back!

Recently spent a long “couples getaway” weekend at Chad’s renovated farmhouse in Fenneville, MI. This was BY FAR the nicest, most tasteful and accommodating Air Bnb home I’ve ever stayed at. The home and surrounding property was incredibly gorgeous & picturesque. The hot tub was sublime at the end of each day. Bedrooms were massive and very comfortable. The house/property is private and country feeling but it’s super close to a bunch of excellent restaurants, cafes etc in Fenneville, Saugatuck, Douglas. The Saugatuck dunes were beautiful and just 10-15 min away, incredible. The KITCHEN is insane. If you like to cook this is a paradise. Massive and everything you need. Chad also provided us with an extremely thorough and extensive list of local spots to check out. We tried many and all were top class. We can’t wait to come back when the weather warms up!

What a beautiful home! Floor to ceiling windows with a view of the river- just gorgeous. Super clean, modern, with all the amenities. We loved the heated floors and the fireplace during the snowy weekend! Such a great location - we loved it!

This is a perfectly charming cottage surrounded by massive redwoods. It’s off the beaten path, but also conveniently located a short drive into town. The furniture and beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked (including excellent coffee, a grinder, and a French press!). The second bedroom being a studio with a separate entrance is a nice touch and gave a little bit more privacy for me and my friend. Be aware that it’s located down a narrow windy road and the last leg is steep. That said, we could easily navigate it in my Kia EV6 (an SUV crossover). We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was great! It was cozy. The amenities were great. And we were able to walk into town (it’s about 1.5 miles into Saugutuck town center). I would absolutely book this place again!

Our stay was great! Had lots of spaces for folks, beds and bedding was incredibly comfortable. Lots of bathrooms if you have a bigger group and the basement was a great hangout space! Kitchen is very well stocked and we were grateful for the garage fridge since the inside fridge is a little shallow. My only note that would be helpful ahead of time is that the pots/pans are stainless steel which was a struggle for some folks in our group since they're particular to use. Overall phenomenal stay! Our group loved the hot tub, basement space, and sleeping arrangements. Thanks for hosting us!

Chad’s place was just wonderful! It’s immaculate, incredibly well equipped with everything you need for both comfort and meals. We loved the location, the beautiful light and views of little downtown Douglas. What a treat!!!

Wonderful woodsy neighborhood, just what we wanted. Far enough off the highway to be secluded and close enough to be convenient. Gorgeous mature trees. Went through over 4 cubic feet of firewood enjoying the wood stove for warmth, romance and beauty. Had all the usual supplies we needed in the kitchen and such as well as delightful details like books, games, battery powered lanterns and a Victrola with records! Intend to come back just the two of us again or with friends!
