I had a truly pleasant and calm stay here. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. Chad was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process simple. He also gave us several recommendations of nearby favorites which made it easy to plan outings during our stay. He went above and beyond most Airbnb hosts by making his place feel like you’re at home. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, enjoyable getaway. It was definitely one of my favorite Airbnb experiences.

Was a great place to stay for our group! Plenty of space and had great outdoor areas to hang and explore by the beach. Chad’s recommendations for things to do were also so nice and we have to agree that they were all fantastic.

David and Chad's place was perfect for our needs ...a couple of nights out of dodge just to reset and have a change of scenery. The place is a fun juxtaposition between the fun of what could be taken as unfinished by some with the exposed cinder block wall and the plywood wall and ceiling treatments upstairs and the perfectly welcoming and cozy kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces that others would see as perfection. It was beautiful and fits the Saugatuck/Douglas gallery vibe. When they say they are passionate about hospitality, they mean it. Everything from the PDF document laying out house rules, instructions for checking in/out, the wifi, household amenity lists to the amazing thought around hair ties and makeup wipes being available to the ideas in the book on the table making suggestions for local places to try and the few beers in the fridge from a local brewery, they did it right! Loved how relaxing it felt. We cooked in, enjoyed the fireplaces and the hot tub. 10/10

This place is THE BEST! Everything was as listed, cleanest rental I've ever been in! View was A+, we felt like we had privacy, but yet we were so close to everything. The beds/pillows were perfect, not cheap feeling. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, we will definitely be back! This is definitely a 5 star rental!

This place is incredible. We really hit the jackpot. We had all of the supplies we needed for staying in, cooking at home, and enjoying the sun room, hot tub, and fire pit! The view into the woods was like a piece of heaven, and we enjoyed watching deer, squirrels, and the changing leaf colors with our coffee. My only regret is not taking the bicycles out for a ride. Saugatuck was about five minutes away! Right next door. Chad was also very communicative and a great host! We would definitely stay here again, but for longer.

A glorious home in a spectacular location with wonderful hosts. I just can’t say enough about the place. Elegant but comfortable. Really good restaurants right around the corner and walkable to the coolest shops in town. Don’t miss this one!

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay here. The cottage is well appointed and was just lovely. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Chad, for a wonderful retreat for two “old ladies” celebrating their birthdays. You have created something magical with every detail attended to and a stunning view of Lake Michigan!

The Vino Near was a cozy, charming home amongst the beautiful redwoods of Guerneville. It was a great home base for us to go and explore the area. The place was clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The town of Guerneville was quaint and friendly and Chad provided us with a lot of recommendations for dining, sight seeing and activities. Additionally, Chad left a thorough book of instructions and information about the cabin. Despite its semi remote location, we found it easily thanks to Chad’s instructions. We loved our stay in the Vino Nest. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at David and Chad’s place. So much so I told them to let me know when they want to sell it. It was the perfect solo getaway. Pet friendly, private, peaceful, and the perfect place to recharge. I will be back.

Chad is a lovely, responsive friendly host. The home was immaculate, nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. I loved the downstairs suite- great place for 2 couples as it gives you separate area. Very much enjoyed our stay here!
