We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the deer and wild turkeys wander through the yard. The location was perfect. It was just a short drive to two great beaches and plenty of excellent restaurants. We’d happily come back!

We had such a lovely stay at David and Chad's place. It's conveniently located near Guerneville's downtown, but still so secluded and private. We especially loved visiting Dubrava Beach nearby and returning back to the house for a soak in the hot tub. We would recommend David and Chad's place to anyone visiting the area!

Great host, great house, one little issue is that if you go out in the evening you won't be able to find a parking lot when you come back. However it was a great experience

This was the second time we stayed here and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again! Such a charming spot -- peaceful, quiet, surrounded by trees. The house is comfortable and stylish, and is extremely quiet and private. Hosts very clearly care about the property and their guests.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The home's indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely and felt private and cozy but also chic and luxurious. We loved using the hot tub and the fire places and being so close to the town of Douglas. We would absolutely stay again!

LOVE THIS LOFT. We had a girl's weekend. the place was a perfect size and spacious enough for 7 of us. It was sparkling clean, the AC worked spectacularly and the place seemed quiet,private and totally safe. The linens were good hotel quality on the very comfortable king and queen beds. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. The loft was walkable to Douglas galleries , restaurants and even to the Cove (favorite,clean dive bar). We also loved the large private back deck. Seems perfect for a friend's weekend or family ...but maybe not so much for 4 couples due to the 2 open bedrooms (no doors) on the second floor. Overall, we did have an lovely time in this superb setting.

My husband and I and our two pups thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, right off a busy road but we didn’t mind that at all. We especially loved the gated backyard for the dogs. They loved the creek area too and the yard games and chairs were a thoughtful addition. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

My young adult son and I stayed at Chad's place in Fennville, MI, for 5 nights/ 4 days. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, while still close to beaches and Holland, the reason for our stay there during our last summer road trip. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, the beds super comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was great too. My son played some pool several times, and both of us played the piano too (with both of us being musicians, that was a nice bonus). I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area again and it's available! Highly recommend!

David’s place is less than a block from all the shops and restaurants in Douglas but has a quiet, private feeling thanks to the pet friendly courtyard. Squeaky clean, intentional design and decor, and walk to coffee every morning add up to a wonderful stay. Would stay again!

Chad’s place was perfect - extremely well appointed, meticulously clean, and updated with nice furnishings/appliances, etc. The location in downtown Douglas is perfect for walking the town, driving proximity to the beach, or exploring Saugatuk (just across the bridge). Great spot!
