This property includes both a main house and a separate guest suite (ADU), each offering complete privacy. The two spaces have independent entrances and dedicated parking areas, with no shared walls or indoor spaces. Guests enjoy a fully private stay year-round, with the only exception being the hot tub, which may be shared between the main house and this property from November 1 through March 31. The private pool is open from June 1 to September 30 and available exclusively for your use. The hot tub is open year-round—from April through October, it’s reserved solely for your group, while from November through March, it may be shared with guests staying in the guest suite above the garage. After booking, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as the hot tub and bicycles. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation, and feel free to reach out before booking if you would like to see the rental agreement in advance. Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.
