Thoughtfully furnished and with abundant amenities, it’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or exploring the charming lakeshore area. Once you step inside, the open floor plan features a welcoming front living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a back living area with a comfortable sofabed for extra guests. The first bedroom has a king bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with the rest of the house. The second bedroom also has a king bed and offers additional privacy with an en-suite bathroom, making it a great option for couples or those seeking a peaceful retreat. Step through the back living area to discover the expansive, covered back porch, perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in nature. Beyond the porch, you’ll find a grill for cookouts, a private hot tub for evening soaks, and a cozy gas fire pit for late-night chats under the stars. Guests will have access to 3 private parking spaces, including one space in the garage. You'll also be able to explore the local area using the two provided bicycles. Whether you’re planning to bike along scenic trails, relax at the beach, or unwind in the hot tub, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Other Details to Note
Please note that as of March 2025, there is currently a road closure near the house, requiring you take a 5-minute detour along the Lakeshore. The road construction causing the detour is happening just down the street from the house and is scheduled to be completed before Memorial Day. As of March 2025, construction has also resumed at a neighbor's property, which is visible from the back of the house. We want to call out that there may temporarily be more activity than normal in the area. After booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as the hot tub and bicycles. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation, and feel free to reach out before booking if you would like to see the rental agreement in advance.
