The main living area is currently under a complete renovation and will be finished before May! Guests enter on the top floor, greeted by panoramic river views through expansive windows. Descend to the main living level, where a gourmet kitchen awaits, equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals. This floor also features two outdoor dining areas, a wraparound balcony, and a convenient half bath. The next level is home to the serene primary bedroom with a plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the water. A second sleeping area on this floor offers added flexibility, and the laundry room ensures convenience during your stay. One floor down, you'll find another bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms with direct access to the large lower deck and waterfront. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, creating a comfortable space for rest and relaxation. The River House boasts multiple balconies and decks, each offering the best river views in all of Saugatuck! The large lower deck provides direct access to the waterfront, perfect for soaking in the natural beauty, enjoying morning coffee, or gathering with loved ones as the sun sets over the river.
